Athletic Conditioning
Combines high-intensity, sport-specific training geared to challenge your athletic ability. Designed for those with aggressive fitness goals looking to improve agility, power, dynamic strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

Ball Fitness
A unique ball exercise workout designed to build muscle, improve posture and increase flexibility.

Body Attack
This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone toward their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

Body Pump
It’s time to get pumped! This group exercise class is for all ages and fitness levels. Body Pump uses motivating music to deliver an athletic-based workout using barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group.

Body Sculpting
Develop muscular strength and endurance, and increase your flexibility while helping your body burn more fat by increasing lean body mass. This class uses a combination of weights, tubing, and bands to develop your forgotten muscles. All fitness levels.

Body Vive
A low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose how hard you work.  Using balls, tubes and optional hand-weights you’re guided step-by-step through the entire classs by a skilled instrutor, all while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and fizzing with energy.

Boot Camp
Boot camp style drills provide a challenging cardiovascular and strength conditioning workout designed for those who desire a high intensity format.

Strong, explosive low-impact movements provide a great workout for upper body, lower body and abs.
