REGISTRATION:
Camp Pokamoke runs during the summer. Registration begins in December and is open until sessions fill. Sign up online here, or visit any local YMCA branch facility. If you would like a registration brochure mailed out, contact the camp office (located at the Sarpy YMCA) at 402-339-9861.

REDUCED CAMP RATES:
• Financial assistance is available to those who cannot afford to pay the full camp fee. To apply for assistance, you must fill out an application available at any local-area YMCA, and include proof of income. You must then send this application and the camp registration form(s) along with a $25 non-refundable deposit to the camp office. Applications without the deposit will NOT be processed.

• Camp discounts are available to volunteers who participate in a one-day “Pre-Camp Cleanup.” Contact the Camp office at 402-339-9861 to sign up.

TRANSPORTATION:
Buses transport campers to and from our Camps. Buses do not run on Thursday nights due to Family Nights at camp.

BUS ROUTES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
Please remember pick up and return times can vary depending on session size and traffic. If a change occurs in routes, we will send a note home on the first day of camp to notify you of the change. If you sign the bus stop release form, your child will be dropped off at the designated bus stop without supervision. If you DO NOT sign the bus stop release form, your child will not be dropped off unless you are present to pick him/her up. If you arrive late at your designated bus stop, your child will be at the last bus stop on that route, waiting with the bus counselor.

DEPOSITS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Your $50 deposit fee(s) for each session will be applied toward the total camp fee. If you do not get into Camp, your deposit will be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded under any other circumstances including disciplinary action or homesickness. The deposit fee must accompany the registration form.  A confirmation letter will be sent to the address provided on the registration form after the deposit is received. Registrations are processed in the order received. All sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session you select is full, we will do our best to honor your second choice. If you need to change your child’s camp session, the request must be made 3 weeks prior to the start of that session.  Before May 1st, there is a $10 service charge assessed for each change requested.   After May 1st, there is a $25 service charge. Cancellations must be made three weeks prior to the camp session, however, you will forfeit your deposit. You are responsible for 100% of the camp session fee if cancellation is made less than three weeks prior to camp session. Notify the Camp Office if your child is ill or will not be attending any days during a camp session.  In case of a medical emergency where that child cannot attend camp he/she can transfer to another camp session if one is available. A refund will be given with written confirmation from a doctor, minus the non-refundable deposit of $50.  If a camper leaves before the end of the session for any non-medical reason, all fees for that session will be forfeited.
